By the way no the Zelda characters in Melee were not Ocarina of Time versions, they were based on how they appeared in that Zelda demo in Melee, just thought I'd point that out.

I don't think the skyway sword appearence will make the cut, but instead Link,Zelda, and Ganondorf might ether have their Ocarina of Time look or Twilight Princess look, or even both.

Zelda,young link and shiek didn't appear in that demo at all,so how can they be based on that demo?
Also ganondorf has his OoT-style and links looks like it is his OoT-version,just with better graphics.
The only thing taken from the demo is ganondorfs sword.

Impa is another good choice that has slipped my mind. Between Impa and Vaati, both would be great representatives for the LoZ series. Kick out Toon Link and add them both or just add one(I'd take Impa if it was just one tbh).

If they were gonna put the OoT version of characters in then they should make them alternate costumes to said characters. Link/Zelda/Ganondorf should all have their skyward Sword appearances(was Ganondorf in Skyward Sword?) in this game unless they have another big Zelda game out before this is released.

The only games that take longer than Smash games are Zelda home consoles. And Kirby home consoles, I suppose.

I actually did kind of mention that on the previous page that there's always the chance that there may be a new Zelda game announced for Wii U or even 3DS and released before SSB4. It depends on when we will see SSB4 being release afterall.

Honestly I think the only Zelda characters that have a chance outside of the four veterans are Tingle and Vaati.

I really doubt it. Zelda's too important for only three characters... At least Nintendo thinks so.

What about other Zelda characters?

I would like to see some of the different Zelda races playable, like Zora, Goron, Gerudo and I came up with way to do that!

Bring back Young Link with a different moveset and his B and down move could be transform into Zora, Goron or Deku Link.

Also his final smash fierce deity Link

Add Twinrova as a playable character

Twinrova could have a Gerudo costume because she looks like one and acually I think she is one

Keep Sheik

Sheik could have a costume to resemble Impa

If ToonLink returns with a different moveset they could give him transformation rings like in Oracle of Seasons/Ages

B and down could allow him to use the Octo ring become a Octorok, Like Like ring become a Like Like, Moblin Ring become a Moblin and best of all the first generation ring become NES Link

I think this would be a better way to put NES Link in by combining NES Link with ToonLink we could get the best of both put into one!

I agree that Toon Link should have a different moveset, but the Oracle games? He wasn't even in those games. His moveset would have to be stuff from WW, PH, and ST.

or from FS,FSA and MC,as those games also feature the toon stile(FS was actually the first one to use it)
