Lucas's similarities are PK Thunder, PK Fire, and PSI Magnet. FS was similar as well. Other than that, everything was different.

As much as I love the mother boys as is, they need revamped movesets to utilize their own moves. I think Lucas used the same moves as Ness, however. Ness still has a lot of PSI powers he can use that weren't included, and a fully charged PSI Flash should be a OHKO.

GIVE NESS AND LUCAS PK ROCKIN AND PK LOVE. I MEAN, HOW OBVIOUS IS THAT.

For some reason, I've never really thought of Toon Link to be a Link Clone... Sure, the moves are similar, but there are lots of different ranges and such that make them so different @_@

Eh, as far as I'm concerned the tier list is crap (not this one, just, any). Sure, specific characters may have a peak ability, just as in life, but considering such few people actually reach this theorized potential height, I'd say it matters quite little to the actual world. Not to mention, I'd believe it could considerably be rehashed every now and then when someone with a new strategy or innovation comes to compete high level with a character.

And for me, Lucas has smash moves that Ness could only dream about.

You do understand that Tier lists are ONLY for competitive players who play the game for money right? If you play casually or have no intention of joining tournaments other than for the lols the tier list is utterly meaningless and you should bother yourself with it. But don't discredit it as a lot of work went into seeing where characters stand.

Besides, Ness's fair is beast.

I understand exactly what Tier lists are- but I think that assuming the heighest capabilities of human achievement through mathematic algorithm and previous experience is extremely pitiful to our own race, and has been disproven time and time again in a host of other forums.
