Most people don't even know who that is, because its a "hidden reward". Just because something is powerful doesn't mean its the most iconic.
And yes, Isaac can summon Judgement any time he wants. That means everyone who plays the game knows it. Plus, Judgement appears in all 3 games, as Isaac's strongest one elemental summon and Iris appears in 2 games and isn't even Isaac's main element.
So by your logic, Isaac can't have any of his Summons because they look "poopy" to at least one person. Plus, Judgement doesn't look like crap in Dark Dawn, 1 and 2.
Summons won't act like Palutena because they don't summon tiny things to attack. And people want Isaac to have a Summon for a Final Smash because they are the strongest attacks in the game.
The Sol Blade isn't as iconic as Judgement or the Master Sword. Judgement appears in 3 games and the Sol Blade appears in 2.
Smash gauges are horrible ideas. Not only do they copy other fighting games, but also someone can easily spam with Pit or Samus so they can get their gauge up very quickly. And nooby players won't have a good chance to fight the better players when the better players keep combo-ing them and unleashing their FS.
NES Zelda is really hard, so I don't think most would be able to beat it. Thus making NES Ganon not iconic. The TP version is good enough, until Ganon appears in another Zelda game. So they better use TP Ganon.
