Possible New Characters - Page 10

It would be awesome to tear apart opponents with Feraligatr. I'd like to see a Snivy/Emboar/Dewott combo.

Let's face it. There are a lot of pokemon that would make excellent characters in SSB4.
However, the sad reality of it is that there will only be 2 or 3 new ones, if that.

We'd be better off with a completely different franchise with similar gameplay to SSB, but with an all-pokemon cast.

And depending if they bring Pokemon Trainer back, that's three Pokemon there. Plus one if they replace Lucario.

Having the Koopalings playable with the option to switch between all 7 of them during a match would be interesting. If not playable, then they could at least be an assist trophy.

lol @ the idea of a non turn based pokemon fighting game... I'd like to see them do that with the fire emblem series, as well, tbh... Maybe we could do the same for every generic enemy to ever appear in any Mario, Zelda or Metroid game as well (including bosses) and that isn't even inclusive of all the series that ssb includes...

Shadow Mario as his Final Smash? I use to be against the idea of having Bowser Jr. in a Smash Brothers game but I think he would make a good character.

As far as the Koopalings go, they've been seeing a lot of attention recently so I'd think they would probably be in SSB4's adventure mode rather than actual characters. As much as I want to, I can't really see Sakurai creating 7 different movesets for all of them.

That said, I would really enjoy Bowser Jr. as a character, either with his paintbrush or as a mini-Bowser (though as his own character, of course)

Another doubtful character that I'd really enjoy having in is Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes. He just seems like he'd make a really badass addition

Then there's the obvious wants; Geno, Izaak, Layton, Ridley.

I wonder if they're going to pick another humanoid Pokemon from the 5th gen to take Lucario's place, or if they're going to listen to the fans and bring Mewtwo back AND add a 5th gen character. It's not like we won't have the memory for it
