why no legendary ending?

All halos had a extended endung if you beat it on legendary, even halo wars
Why did they stop that?

I was really looking forward to finaly see the legendary ending, but it turns out there isnt one
Im really dissapointed in this

For me the screen just turned black like on any lower difficulty
The extended endings always were more of a reason to beat it on legendary, instead of just the achievement

It sure is a challenge, i think this was the hardest legendary campaign
Everyone always finds halo 2 the hardest, and altough its the only halo i havent finished on legendary, i found it easier than this
I didnt know how to beat the brute at the end, and i got fustrated that he didnt die so i put it on normal just for that part

its actually pretty easy if you understan its invincibility

The knights are pretty damn tough, thier shield recharges really fast(if they teleport they already got some of thier shield back) and if you kill them then there still are other enemys firing at you often preventing to to kill the watcher that tries to revive them
There also are a shitload of enemys carrying one hit kill weapons, and again the knighs are pretty damn tough

Ive also had a few times that the ones cartying shotguns just teleport behind me for a instant kill
You will finish the game eventually if you try tough, but you will die a lot, and sometimes make slow progress

That part actually went very smoothly for me

I really cant remember halo 2 being that hard

And in halo CEA i actually found myself in a position where it took me 4 hours to get one checkpoint further on truth and reconsiliation, never had that in the original

Im not laughing at you or anything, just tought it was kinda funny how our experiences are the complete opposite

But i know what you mean, sometimes youre stuck somewhere, and another time you jist breeze trough it, or vice versa like i had on truth and reconsiliation, 4 hours for one checkpoint is pretty emberasing
