General Discussion I - The Definition of Insanity

What's up guys? I'm sure most of you know how these work, figured I'd boot up a GD seeing as there's a fair few members that seem to be coming back to the forum.

For those of you that don't know this is just a General Discussion thread for discussing, well, whatever you feel like. Be it on or off-topic to the game.

So to kick it off, what have you guys been doing on the game lately? Finished it yet?

I've mostly been mopping up the last outposts, and playing a little multiplayer here and there,

I haven't got around to getting Dishonoured yet, but I have played a fair bit at a friend's house and I can safely say I'll definitely enjoy it. I love Deus Ex and all those sort of, FPS/RPG cross open world stealth games so I'm looking forward. The art direction is quite nice too.

I once let a Tapir snuffle in my hand at the zoo.

No problem, I really enjoyed that little series. Figured I should share the love. And that achievement was pretty epic haha, although the face in game looks nothing like McLovin'.

I had a gent's day out at the range today, great fun.

Rude_Boy_Loves_SKA figured you could appreciate these beautifully timed shots my better half took.

I love the prison talk the privateers have with Jason, had me in stitches.

It's the 21st here, nothing happened Oh well...

Yeah, most definitely.

I would call it sandbox... Open world with a lot of side activities, a few side missions... It has no less content than GTA, and that's the sandbox game.

Aura Honestly it's a game I found more enjoyment in by playing on Hard with all the support settings and the crosshairs off. And it makes the transition of the protagonist becoming John Rambo just a little more believable. The hard part of this game is stuff that can happen on any difficulty, so having the combat just that little bit harder makes the experience more enjoyable if you ask me. Definitely recommend trying it when you start up, if it's not for you you always can change all the settings back at any time.
