Isn't it ironic

That the best games you tend to find are the ones which have no hawks in? Tanks are somewhat annoying, but they can be stopped far easier than hawks can. Yet nearly every single base rape one sided game I've been in has involved hawks, and every single brilliant game that I can recall has had the same thing in common; no hawks. Which is somewhat disappointing, given they're essentially what the game is based upon.

I do enjoy games without hawks, but tbh i have no problem with them, i find them piss easy to destroy 3/4 of the time if they land next to me.Only get problems when the enemy is actually skilled at using them and know what they're doing, but the same can be said for tanks too. If i have a few rockets, nades and machine gun im confident of taking a hawk out if its grounded.

Also, sometimes they can be good, because they add variety. Without them, sometimes too many people use tanks or they whore hoverbikes and try and run you over. Especially hoverbikes actually because they're the quickest. Hawks tend to open the game up a bit sometimes for that reason. More people in the air, people need to try and combat hawks by building differently, everything.

I would agree with you, we've probably had more better games when theres been no hawks, but to be fair we've had a lot more of those games. Plus, i dont think we've had hardly any matches with hawks since the 2 balance patches. So idk.

I just wish i was any good at using hawks because i do like using them
