just started mine up. created a team called Sapporo Dragons (replaced PES United). i've used the Consadole Sapporo logo as it is the closest team name, logo, etc.

anyway, i've used the Club team lineup, giving myself maximum funds and classic players.

my team looks like this (iirc) the players in bold are players existing from when i took over:

Dudek

Candela - Sariw - Ranow - Ogi

Garroso - Virota

Shimizu - Cubillas - Nakata

Parmar

I've also got Sammer, Neeskens, Hummels and Zidane coming in January.

my team looks good so far, i just need better depth, and i want young players to come into the team in the next few seasons.

First of all i always play on the highest level, and always with the worst team (this year its mostly Hjorwesland)!
I like to play with others, first we tried with 4 people but it was too chaotic and impossible to gather people from time to time.
Then we played 3 and survived until around the end of the first season, with something like 12-112 in aggregate score .
Now we are playing only 2.......probably also the two best players.
Second attempt, we are 11 games from the end of the second season and on 5%.....but the last 8 games have been 2-5-2. (season total is 3-7-13).
We are dominating now, but its still tough!
R2 is the golden defence button!
I will update again when i know if we survive.
Extremely challenging, but shitloads of fun!

Update on our superstar game with Hjorwesland....
Hmmmmm, 4th attempt now.......but this time it looks better!

We have started a much more offensive strategy, the last three games we have 2-1-0 and 9-5....with this new strategy,....before that we played with extreme caution, but since our ability to regain possession have increased dramatically, we made the decision to change our tactics!
4-1-9 and 15-21 we are in 15th position, chairman is at 23%!
Worst team, highest level........challenging but now its paying off!

Socialist no worries, i play on Professional. i abandoned the game after it became ridiculous and teams that i was dominating in the league started playing like Barcelona the next season.

hopefully that doesn't happen in my new game i've started with my mate where we have converted the stats of my Football Manager youngsters and put ourselves into the game and then started the game. we've also substituted the Other European Teams into the PES League and D2 League.

and i do like challenges, it is just that the game became overly hard and i had exams starting so rather than starting the game on my own, and getting distracted, i created it that way and am currently waiting until the 21st of this month to play the game again.
