It's only use is for clans, which weren't properly implemented until nearly 6 months after release, since the only way you could clan xp before clan ops was by inviting Elite Founders. It is essentially still a bleeping Beta, since Elite 2.0 will be released with Black Ops II, just showing how much of a fail it was. I pity those who actually went to the XBL or PSN store and bought it. In short: the only thing you say that Elite has over a Combat Record is a measly 2 hours of double xp. Yeah most of the time it's reasonably inaccurate, (although I've never had any of the weapon problems that you have had) but I'm just saying that the point of it is not as a Combat Record, but for the DLC and yeah, what you said, since I forgot about the clans. I have no care in the world for what it says about my statistics, that doesn't really bother me that much, except the challenges I've completed, it helps me keep tabs on that. I have paid 0 dollars for the use of the Combat Record or anything like that. Money I spent solely went towards buying all the DLC in advance. In previous Call of Duty games I had bought all the DLC, and Microsoft Points are actually expensive in stores here, so Elite saved me money really. I had no interest until recently in joining a clan, but that was sort of a bonus as well. Any failures towards the Combat Record free section of it don't affect me whatsoever, because I paid no money for it, it's not like I was explicitly ripped off. And the whole clan ops thing was a failure yes, but I was only a premium member, like many of the guys in our clan, and they somewhat (yeah only very slightly) redeemed themselves for it by giving us premium members xp to put towards the clan. 	I'm on my 15th, and I think I'll be staying there. Cyanide - quit bitching. You're still mad that you suck at this game lololol. I don't have elite, but I think it's features are worth the money for the hardcore players who enjoy group things. I'd have considered investing in it if I had a bunch of individuals who could commit good time to it. Not only has there been "one map pack," they've gotten all of those maps several months in advance for free, and will continue to do so. 	My sucking at the game has no correlation with my opinion on it. I sucked at Bad Company 2 also, but that game still was awesome except for all the bullshit that came from EA. From what I hear and read, the clan system is a barebone version of the systems you can find in other games, the stats have been inaccurately shown until recently, and the service STILL hasn't paid itself off. On top of that, both Bungie and EA already have a free stat-tracking service, so why pay? I hate the game because all bullshit that they removed from BlOps and brought back from MW2. "Locale Only" setting was game-changing. Not having to play with laggy Mexicans that can't speak a word of English made the connections in every room 10-fold of what they are in MW3. The Wager Matches got removed, and they took a up a good bunch of my time. I liked the size of BlOps' maps way more than MW3's because for the 3 weeks(?) that I was playing, I felt like I couldn't breathe or survive long enough to learn the maps. That's the first thing I do in every shooter, but you have to kill a million people every life if you want to run all the way around a map. That's the kind of shit that made me play Spec Ops so much when I hopped on. I only played Matchmaking when you guys were on or when I was bored out of my skull.
