If so things are gonna be tough. Many of the guys your up against will have been playing almost daily for about five years now. It takes a bit of time to learn the basics and get comfortable. You'll find your feet soon enough. If you want to improve quickly my advice would be to find a gun, class setup and game mode you feel comfortable with and just practice it over and over. Eventually once you find a niche for yourself you can branch out and expand your skills at other things. TDM is a harsh, but good way to learn. In principle your job is pretty easy, kill as many enemies as possible, the merciless combat can be overwhelming at first, but it will teach you quickly and you can then take your combat skills into other game modes and conentrate more on the job (planting bombs, capturing flags etc). Yeah, this is probably my first shooter since the PS1 days I have my gold Type-95 that I love along with a few other guns I like. I'm not horrible at the game, I'm nearly prestiging and I only just got a 10-kill streak yesterday. Think I might have topped our teams points though which ain't too shabby 8) I usually play drop zone, that's the easiest for me. Sometimes kill confirmed if I want exp. Other than that, I've hardly touched the other modes.

	Wow, PS1 FPS games. Man i had some great laughs on Quake 2 and Red Faction on playstation. Good times. And with 10 killstreaks and going MVP it sounds like your already finding your feet with this game. Try the Mk14 rifle if you like the Type-95 BTW, its also good for accurate ranged shots rather than full auto spraying if thats your thing. Oh and people will give you less grief for using it. Im not really bothered by the Type-95 anymore, it isnt actually abused all that often.

	You needn't worry about being a noob on this game, even if you suck you'll eventually get host/auto aim will kick in and you'll find yourself killing everybody. My problem with this game, is how insanely small the maps are now, the community and the ott noob friendliness. Remember the days when if you sucked at a game, you either got better or quit? Those days are gone. Also wanna say - anybody who complains about a particular weapon being OP - STFU. This is cod, every weapon can kill anybody from any range pretty much. Even the shotguns can drop people across the tiny ass maps.. -------------------

There's a sub machine gun that's pretty decent as well (I'm bad with names) and the sniper AS50 or something? That would be good if I could aim properly

	Spawns. They're horrible. It wouldn't be so bad if tactical insertions were more usable, but they're slow and somewhat hard to hide since they're bright red with a neon sign above them that flashes "free kill here"

	Alright I've been waiting for this topic to finally arise.. I've been away from this forum for around 2 months now. I've browsed it a few times, but the mw3 forum on this site had turned into nothing but cod haters and negative Nancy's. Always nothing but negative feedback therefor causing others to give nothing but negative feedback. And for a while I was starting to give in to what I had been reading. Thus being my point. I think the way people feed into negativity and downing this game for the same damn thing every 5 seconds is its biggest issue. "acr, type 95 , fmg akimbo!"... Cool story bro. You people only notice the "issues" because their brought up by other people. When you have 30 people agreeing something's "op" and 5 who don't who are you going to side with? This being said I've been away from the public influence for a while.and honestly.. This game is call of duty. Sure I see ACR's and mp7s every 10 seconds, cool I also see myself using weapons that aren't supposively overpowered and being on top of the scoreboard. So that's honestly what I think the biggest issue with this game is. Stop feeding into the negative influence and play the game.. You just might like it.

Thus, why I didn't mention OP in the original post. I got 2000 kills with a single USP.45, getting top of the leaderboard all the time. Yes, it was the most fun I've had in this game. No, it wasn't more enjoyable than any previous COD game. Thanks to Lag Comp and spawning for me. I understand where you're coming from, I agree people should stop complaining if the problems are insignificant. But they're not. I have some complaints about this game, but i think many are totally unwaranted and overshadow the real issues. Type 95, ACR, MP7.. i agree, who cares ? But other issues like lag comp, spawns and the Akimbo FMG's are literally ruining my enjoyment of the game for me. Other players influence doesnt come into it. I am the opposite, i tried not to let them bothere me and ignored them for a while but i just cant do it anymore. Im not enjoying myself. On a break just now, maybe i'll come back and be able to let these issues slide. Right now im back on MW2 again... its beautiful !
