My K/d is completely ruined so there's no point in trying to bring it up. Although I used to be almost -2000 deaths and I brought that up to where I was only -200. But I don't feel like trying hard any more now that all my stuff's gone. I'll just get pretty gold guns and all pro perks.

Never heard it go by that name. But yeah they sorta exist on MW3 on the Dedicated Servers (I have yet to see a one that gives you all the callsigns) which werw meant to be Unranked,but modders made it so their hacked servers were ranked. There is no anti-cheat for the servers (VAC) to ban these people as well.

They existed in MW2 but you were instantly perma-banned if you were to host your own challenge lobby. I don't think there was any for CoD4 since the mode to prestige didn't exist for the PC version.

Well there was one for COD4, I know that for fact. It was some method of deleting a multiplayer sav file, changing a CD key, inputting a "hacked" mutliplayer sav file and then changing your CD key back. It worked most of the time.

Why I asked is simply because I was trying to see if PC still get's the full benefits of Infinity Ward not giving a shit. People modding and hacking their game to benefit themselves or others in a non harmful way.

It's mostly Valve's Anti-Cheat doing the work instead of IW. They also weren't educated enough that modders would change the dedicated server settings to ranked by modding. If IW really cared what was going on PC, they would have told Valve to add their anti-cheat to all dedicated servers instead of being a lazy arse and counting their money.

Lol, if you buy double xp with the prestige token glitch it doesn't reset with your stats. I'm going to buy about a month's worth of it because I can still do the glitch. If I get reset again, I'll have no problem ranking up.
