War would be fantastic. Another idea I had was Domination with the kill confirmed dog tags, but capturing tags would gain your team momentum to capture flags faster, like momentum in war in waw.

I hope there is genuinely new modes though. We should get a Christmas map aswell, like christmas crash back in the day.

I'd say I'd like the Nuke gametype which was hidden on MW2, but that would be a lie. Everybody would just play for kills and I would be the only one going for the plant. Domination but worse.

Oh, 18-man FFA on Dome. Them games on Rust were absolutely fantastic.

guugley some maps have three flags, larger ones had five. Basically like Domination but the teams would capture all but one of the flags, and then a huge battle would go on for the last. There were bonuses for dominating which allowed you to capture flags faster.

As far as I can remember anyway. Favourite game mode of all time.

yea, so if you imagine a row of flags like this-

11x22

where 1 is a flag held by team 1 and 2 is a flag held by team 2 and x is an unheld flag. you push along the map fighting to capture the next flag. If team 1 captures flag x it becomes-

11122.or 111x2 depending how you look at it.
goes on until it is 11111 or 22222

There are a few quirks to it, like having a flag half raised so you can defend your final flag etc.
I remember it more from COD3 in which it was the best and most exciting gametype of all time. Waw was slightly different.

I'd love to see War back - fantastic game type, but as its a 3arch game mode and it wasn't in Blops, I doubt it will be in MW3.

Haven't been online to check, but didn't fourzerotwo mention something to do with more Hardcore game modes? - Expect more HC modes I reckon, HC HQ is my main prediction.

Will this stay in the game or be like Nuketown 24/7 ? If so what time will this be on tomorrow GMT time.
