Yeah it's amazing how shit Black Ops really is.

Black Ops has far, far less shit in it but the maps are just awfully bland.

Give me Black Ops with the MW2 maps and I'd be happy.

+ black ops is actually good game now they have patched it all up, it was horrific at the start though much like this game

what i also liked about black ops was that secondaries were only pistols/launchers/andsomethingelseicantremember none of this bullshit little machine gun (most are overpowered too)

maps were okay, some of them were very good but others were boring as *bleep* (especially on tdm) most of guns imo were quality too, all the assault rifles were quality and some of the smgs were good, the only thing it lacked was snipers for the long boring maps

MW2's maps with Black Ops' guns would be horrible.

And another moan, get to pick between Outpost or Village two maps I dislike especially Village then we get Village then we get Seatown, another map which is shit. Next it will be Output... I always manage to get these maps like 10 times each every day yet my favourites hardly at all.

Guess what, Outpost was next... Typical, so typical.

Aiming for Pred kills. I quickly get a kill and an 'assist counts as kill' right after each other, and instead of getting a CP and a Pred, I get 2 *bleep*ing Care Packages. Jesus Christ, it isn't THAT hard too not give me the same damn killstreak twice, IS IT?

Oh and lack of hitmarker sounds is pissing me off. They sound so cool on the 360 version. Did they actually TEST the PS3 version and realise "Oh hey, there are no hitmarker sounds! LET'S LEAVE IT LIKE THAT!" DID THEY *bleep*ING TEST IT AT ALL? NO, THEY DIDN'T!

You be trollin. Love how you don't specify what makes BlOps so shit. It has it flaws, indeedy but as it stands MW3 is not superior and for a BRAND NEW game, that in itself is a failure.

Haha, I've specified time and time again in the MW3 forum alone let alone the Black Ops forum itself. Go and search through my posts and you will find enough of them are saying (with reason and specification and examples) why Black Ops is/was so shit. I'm not going to say it again for the umpteenth time. This is the Modern Warfare 3 forum for starters. I'll give you a few reasons why Black Ops sucks though. Hit detection is awful and when it came out it was even worse, you talking about MW3 being a new game well it's far superior to what Black Ops was and it doesn't have that much of a graphical change to MW2 whereas Black Ops is completely different to WaW, in a bad way. Lag is awful which makes the hit detection seem worse, sure MW3 doesn't have the best connection or the best at picking hosts but Black Ops was/is far worse. Instead of going through many more, how about Modern Warfare 3 is fun an objective Treyarch clearly didn't aspire to for Black Ops. It also looks shit, sounds shit, maps are shit for the most part, textures are shit, layers are shit, guns sound plastic, a few guns completely wreck the other guns, sure you've got the Type 95 in this game (although it's not that common) but Snipers are also good, along with pretty much all the other Assault Rifles and SMGs and a couple of the LMG's with the Striker being good also. Everything bar the few (AUG, AK74u, G11, FAMAS) good guns in Black Ops were literally bullshit (in comparison to the other few), yeah you could use them and do good with them but using an AUG or something was just easy mode. Shotguns were shit... even on Nuketown. I know MW3's shotties aren't what they should (in our eyes) be but the Striker is so good. In MW3 if I use an M4/MP7/L86 or even the Type 95 you can use pretty much any other gun and feel comfortable in a fight against me even with the not so good guns (apparently) like the MP5. It's down to opinions but I know a lot of people that absolutely dislike Black Ops.

I said I wasn't going to go into it and although I didn't go into much detail I still talked about it quite a bit - it's just so shit it's easy to vent over.

Speaking from a guy who's used to having a decent connection, it's fair to say right now, Black Ops has much better matchmaking and connection simply because it's a lot more consistent. I mean how bad does a game's netcode have to be for Black Ops' to be better?

If MW3 had the same netcode as MW2's and had the spawns sorted out and deathstreaks removed, then for me personally, MW3 would be shitting on BO from such a height Treyarch would be thinking God himself has shat on them. But right now, MW3 is a shambles. And I'll only play MW3 on the weekend at night because me mate won't play BO anymore, when I'm by myself and to play CoD, I'll chug in BO or MW2.

Besides, this is a Moan Thread, it's not exactly the best place to fish for compliments about the game and there's nothing wrong in bringing up the series' previous title (in this case, MW2 as well as BO) in to the subject seeing as that should always be the current title's benchmark.
