Rude_Boy_Loves_SKA, Lieutenant is after Private right? Have you prestiged? Maybe you've done a X amount of kills/headshots with X weapon challenge that has carried over your prestige and you've got the 10,000 exp which has skipped you three low levels straight away or something.

No, 1st Lieutenant is after ALL the enlisted ranks (Private- Command Sergeant Major) and 2nd Lieutenant.
It's in the 30's as far as ranks go.

But yeah, I just happened to complete a crapload of challenges in those 3 kills. I know "All proficiencies" for the M4 was one of them.
I'm prestiged, but my brother was the one that got to level 80. I've only played from rank 1-40ish on this prestige.
