I mean, sure, it is kinda cheap but the original intent FOR the knife was in close quarter when you're outta ammo and there's a guy 10 inches in front of you. Hows it's being used today (Commando Lunge, Tact Knife) really is a bit farfetched from it's original intent. Hell, I'm trying to get Lightweight Pro right now and I'm using Marathon, Lightweight, and Ninja with the Tact Knife. Kind fun, but it hurts my thumbs. Dx ------------------- I'll be your sweetheart~

	Make it OHK from behind the enemy and 2 kit kill from the front.Also have an 1-2 second animation of you grabbing the guy plunging the knife into his throat blood soaking the neck area in his uniform and then throwing his body to the ground this is what bf3 is doing.

	Never used to have a problem with it in COD4 and WaW. MW2 just seemed a lot faster for me and it made knife hit detection worse. In Black Ops it's shocking. The other day i was face to face with someone, actually stuck the knife deep into his chest, which had no affect on him whatsoever and he killed me. -------------------

The CoD community confuses me with the whining and bitching Agree with this, I think Killzone 3 did it nicely, if your knife was indirect you hit the enemy with the butt of your gun which did like, 60% Damage, and if you were perfectly on, you did a knife melee which was OHK. It worked really well, rewarding those who knifed properly with insta-kills but not screwing those over who may of missed due to lag. -------------------

	Well on SMG's you have the option to have faster melee (as Assault Rifle's allow you to have a steadier aim down site as they brough back the sway when you ADS). Hopefully this means the knife isn't all that fast and this faster melee thing gets it to what is now normal (not many people should use that anyway) and at least there is no Lightweight so although it was useful at times, no one can run around knifing very effectively especially with no Commando aswell now.
