Isn't Xiba the most annoying character ever?

He's fast with long reach and cheap ass combos.. I hate playing against him.. I beat this guy 5 times... and he could only beat me with xiba.. used him again after i scolded him then barely won with xiba and left the room.. even though I banned xiba from the title of the room.

agreed, the one i feel is the "cheap character" is maxi, he's basically a "for the noobs" character. no thinking or strategy, just an all out button masher.

While Maxi is a complete button mashing pile of Elvis clone, Xiba has plenty of powerful combos that require only the pressing of one or two buttons. He is one of the simplest characters... I also find that Ivy, in this game, has some of the most OP grapples in the series. As if they weren't bad enough.

EDIT: also, Xiba's personality is irritating. He's a cocky moron; and he looks like an even bigger idiot with that monkey tail pinned to his ass.

gotta say i agree with all that, mostly the ivy one. she's always been a bit over powered for a whip user in my opinion.

i don't mean annoying to play against just rather a bit over powered when you think of a whip user. i mean i always thought of whips of just fast and for long range, but some of her hits take almost half your overall health. to me a whip would be more the lightning fast hits that are able to land a lot but only do small damage.

Considering he's essentially the new Killik, I oddly find him much less annoying than the old one.

I'll admit he can be tricky to fight, but it's all about timing. I find Natsu, Lexia, Pyrrha, Siegfried, Astaroth and Nightmare are all far more annoying to fight.

Natsu purely because damn near everyone does that same flip in the air move which obliterates half your health and my strikes, even quick ones, never seem to hit at the right time. :'(

Pyrrha on account of spammers, she's not that hard to floor from a distance but let her in close and interrupting her attacks (especially if it's the same two over and over and over again) can be a pain.

Siegfried and Nightmare for their reach, in close and at a distance you can pretty much get obliterated by those two easily. Apparently they can swing their sword horizontally faster than I can shift a toe as Mitsurugi.

Astaroth is just... ugh. My fights against him have pretty much gone like this: Charge, Grapple, low sweep, charge, grapple, grapple, low sweep, punch, grapple, charge, charge, grapple, low sweep. He moves slowly but online lag sort of makes that speed nerf reduntant, easy to kill when he's AI, but when fighting another player he can be a nightmare.

Lexia's moveset is just plain deceptive at times, but that's more my fault than the games, still frustrating. She's the one I find least annoying out of all the ones I've listed.

Ezio used to be on the list until I figured out a half decent counter-strategy, his low crossbow move is a pain in the ass, but manageable if you know what you're doing. Still a move that can hit that low from that far is always going to be a nuisance.

The others I have less of a problem with, though I've had an irritating match against every character at some point I swear.

Although any character I haven't learned to fight against properly yet is on my 'Oh *bleep* you for using them' list.
