Synchronizing/Eagle Vision Problems?

I am playing AC:R on the Xbox 360, and have come to the first checkpoint where I have to synchronize. I am pressing LB, like the hint says to, and nothing is happening. I am all the way as far as I can go to the edge, and I also have no Eagle Vision.. That I can find, anyway. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? Am I being a dumbass and pressing the wrong button? And yes, I have tried pressing ALL THE BUTTONS! Durrhurrhurr.

Clearly you haven't tried all the buttons otherwise you would have found it by now. You need to press down the Right Analogue stick (RS) in order to initiate Eagle Vision in Revelations.

You know, you should say, push on the rs and ls to activate eagle vision, rather than press down, which denotes direction.

Pressing down could mean 'clicking' it or pulling it downwards, it makes sense both ways

i have the same problem in xboxx.... nothing is happenig i tried alot .

This may not be true for the same system, but I have a Wii U and when the icon says click L(down) and I do that, and doesn't work, multiple tries cause I'm not some expert and still doesn't work, simply frustrating and have tried the "R" version of that and doesn't work...can someone have a simplified version for all systems involved with all the bullshit that makes sense, really not a hard question to ask?
