Has anyone else here ever had a chance to play Heli Attack 2 before? I must say, it is quite an extraordinary game. I used to play it a lot more in the past, yet took a temporary break from it as I was getting sick playing the same small area, shooting the same helicopters, over and over again. Then I played Heli Attack 3 for a very short while, but could not get into it, and preferred this version (I do not think I have ever played the first before, though). So in the past few weeks I have begun to once again play this quite often, And now regular at getting around the 50s in terms of how many helicopters destroyed (I never bother counting the score provided, it uses annoyingly large numbers. I do not believe 51,000 points are necessary for every helicopter). My record for this week is 73. I used to hit the hundreds more often, but I still have not gotten fully back into the swing of it. Howver, it will be a long while before I will be able to compete with a current high scores, which judging by the amount of points I received for destroying 50 helicopters compared to the amount in the high scores chart, is a whole lot of helis.
For those who do not know, Heli Attack 2 is a 2-Dimensional web game where you play as soldier of some sort, who moves around a small landscape, attempting to destroy helicopters above. Only one helicopter appears at a time, but they do fire at you. Luckily, you have a default weapon, and many other various weapons to kill as many as you can before they kill you. There are also health packages that come down and restore lost health you might have gotten from hits (you do not die in one hit, thankfully). The graphics are low quality (but not too shabby), but you will be addicted to the game in seconds, believe me. It is free, and you can play it on various sites, but here is the one I first played on:

(ie more helicopters come at once, landscape change, upgrades to enemy, etc.) I have not seen any, but then again, I have never really gotten more than the early hundreds, and that was too long ago to remember any small changes, if even anything would change that early.
