Waiting to see the next batch of Steam Greenlight releases? You won't need to wait much longer, because Valve confirmed today that the next wave will be coming January 15.
An update on the official Steam blog drops the news. Until then, Valve is encouraging the community to hit up Greenlight and vote for your nominees.
In the months following the feature's debut, 50 entries -- that's 44 games and six miscellaneous software -- have been approved through Greenlight. That list include Octodad, Postal 2 Complete, McPixel, Forge, and many others. Back in October, Valve expanded the service to include more than just games and added non-gaming Software and Concepts categories to the mix. The latter actually doesn't have a submission fee, but it's only meant to be a means for devs to show off early works and acquire community feedback.
