Game suggestions?

Just some games i pulled from my steam list that are fun:

Alien Swarm - Free - Top down co-op horror shooter
Counter Strike Source - 20USD - Incredibly addictive FPS with plenty of fun mods when you get tired of base CSS
Day of Defeat Source - 10USD - Decent WWII FPS, should have plenty of euro servers and has a few fun mods
Doom 3 - 20USD - Singleplayer Horror FPS. If you don't own doom 3 what's wrong with you? Has some fun downloadable mods.
The orange box - 30 USD - Half life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, Team Fortress 2, and portal. Stroke of genius.
Killing Floor - 20 USD (Often on sale)- Solo to 6 player co-op horror FPS. Decent selection of weapons, 6 classes to level up (takes a while but well worth the effort). Many custom servers and many awesome and creative maps.
Left 4 Dead 2 - 20USD - Another fps horror co-op but less horror and more action-y.
Obulis - 5USD - Fun puzzle game, got it in an indie puzzle pack set when it was on sale. Decent replay value and plenty of levels.
Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl- 20 USD - Fun yet somewhat difficult FPS.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - 10USD - Fun action/turn based rpg, well worth $10
Team Fortress 2 - 20 USD- Arcade-y class based team combat with plenty of unlockables and items to find/buy/make.
Torchlight - 15 USD - Fun top down action rpg. Dungeon crawler.
Unreal Gold - 10 USD - One of the best single/multiplayer sci-fi FPS games ever. Fairly long single player mode. Haven't played multi in a while so I cant say much about populated servers.
Unreal 2 - Fun single player sci fi fps. Around 10 hours long on the easiest setting.

If you own any source games be sure to check out the Age of Chivalry and Zombie panic source mods.

Eve Online is an option for space combat, monthly fee, but a very solid game.

Maybe have a look at super meat boy or Trine. CS:S is still active after many years.
Half Life 2 series if you haven't played it yet either.

ahh its alright. ill get around to those other games mentioned when i can.

tried it, got bored of it in two weeks. i never got the hype of it, even if you can do a lot in it.

i used to live to play mmorpgs tried pritty much everyone on market

i gave up on wow couple months ago ( 2 years of lifes deleted lol)
i recently cancelled rift subscription( low level cap and general boring quests and gameplay)
runescape still active player but been playing for 3-4 years now become increasing upset by how jagex are running the company and using runescape


i guess im jus looking for a new type of game i enjoy first people shooters with a good story line

homefront storyline was good but ended oddly .
i really enjoyed haze storyline
