Practiced skills mmorpg?

Lookin for some mmorpg's or even just rpg's if mmo's dont have something like this.

I love having skills that build up as you use them and not by skill points that you gain after you level up. The wait for the points isnt all that long but it's so limiting in what you can do, unless you want to spread out your points and never have enough to max anything out, or you have to pay for skill reset cards/similar items.

Anyone know of any like this? Flyff used to use a system like this but they nixed it to skill points a few years ago. Like I said though if there are any regular rpg's for pc that have this they're welcome too.

I have been playing cabal lately which is what made me think of it Although cabal is a little different from what i'm talking about things like that are welcome too. It's changed quite a bit since i last played the game.

I used to play mabinogi, should pick it up again. Excited as hell for the eventual release of mabinogi heroes, that game looks awesome.
