Well buds, I use several different aliases so I'll just list'em here:

The Guv'nor
Jesse
Fat Cat
The Last Plague Rat
Tropically Thunderous

And some random ones but those are some I'd use long-term. Currently using The Guv'nor and have been using it (off/on) since I first joined Steam ages ago.

Hey Celes, mind fiddling with my entry?

With the changes in steam since the list was originally made, I think linking Account Alias fields to community pages would be pretty simple. That way even if the person's name changes temporarily, or they forget tell you here they changed it, there's still a solid link to who they are. That way users can add them to their friend list/find them without needing to do too much extra work.

If I wasn't really too clear on my thought, here's what things would look like:

Acount Alias: Lorx [neo]

Personally, I think it's a small change that could make a big difference.

If it wasn't already obvious from the example above, my community url:

(The "Sir Lagsalot [neo]" thing is temporary, it's changing back to what's listed here as soon as I get a computer that's good enough where I don't deserve that name)

Great idea, sure thing. The only problem is we would need all of the database of members throwing their community page ID's at us for me to add them all. Unless there's anything blindingly obvious I've overlooked?
