dragons dogma hero achievement

I have completed every quest required to getting this achievement and the achievement didn't pop up for me.Any ideas why? Am I supposed to 5 star all quests? What do I do? This is my last achievement and it's frustrating me.Any help would be appreciated.

If you add up all the side quests and story quests in the lists provided in the link it only comes to 58, I have 60 in my list in the history on my game currently and I haven't got 'The Hero' yet. I'm not too concerned as I still have 'Nameless Terror' to do, however this does show that one of the lists in that link is missing at least 3 quests of some description.

Have you counted up your completed quests in your in-game history? I did 'Nameless Terror' not long after posting earlier and I got 'The Hero'. So basically you need 61 quests in your history section to get the trophy/achievement.

The 1st of Quina's is right near the start of the game, an NPC will tell you she's gone to the Witchwood and you basically have to go there and help her find Selene. Quest will be cancelled once you 1st get to Gran Soren and go into the Everfall for Barnaby.

The 2nd of Quina's quests is once she's at the abbey, she gives you a flower to pass on to someone else and tell her about their reaction. It's possible to give her the flower straight back to complete the quest.

The 3rd and final of her quests, isn't obtained from her, you get it from the head nun of the abbey, she wants a Pilgrim's Charm as a gift for Quina.

The 1st Valmiro quest is obtained from the portly NPC with the black goatee in Casardis (I forget his name) he wants you to find Valmiro who is missing. Valmiro can be found on the beach just outside Cassardis. You basically then have to chase after him repeatedly giving him Greenwarish till he finally heads back to Cassardis.

Valmiro's other quest involves him asking you for several items. If I remember correctly he needs Potent Greenwarish, a lantern, sour ambrosial meat and a Pilgrim's Charm.
