	Log in to remove this sponsored message My pawn's inclination keeps changing, something which I gather is a common problem. I've heard that this is down to the pawn's inclinations mirroring your own arisen's actions. However I thought I saw mentioned in another post on here a while ago that the inclinations of hired pawns will also affect your own pawn as well. Is this confirmed? I've not really seen it mentioned anywhere else other than on here. Anyone else think the entire inclination system is very poorly done and downright annoying? I don't normally like to make big sweeping criticisms like that but I really don't know what the devs were thinking. Why in the hell would I ever want my pawn to copy me!? I imagine most people made their pawn a completely different vocation to their arisen. I want my arisen to lead the way and charge into the midst of battle, I don't want my mage to! And the idea that if I collect a lot of items my pawn will develop the inclination to stop fighting/healing/buffing to collect items in the midst of battle, how was that ever going to be anything other than ridiculously annoying!? The inclinations chosen at the start should have been unchangeable other than by choice IMO.

	I agree with you. In fact, I don't even use pawns anymore because they are a waste of space and talk too much. Yes, if you were allowed to choose the inclinations and have those inclinations stick until you decided to change them then the system would have been better. -------------------

	I had this problem, very annoying. I carried the potions to change my pawns inclination with me constantly (thanks to some sound advice from here). That said, I changed my own vocation and ever since then my pawns inclination hasn't changed once. Maybe certain inclinations just suit a particular player/pawn vocation setup? When I was dashing in to make with the up close and personal fighting (Assassin vocation) my pawns inclination kept regularly changing to guardian. Since I've changed to Magick Archer and spam the ranged kills my pawns inclination remained constant. I'm not sure if this is the case but it sounds reasonably feasible. ------------------- Half of Infinity? Is that a lot then?

	i think to pawns does what they think "helps" the arisen most? like if you're being rushy the pawn will change to guardian to protect you, if you are staying with your fellow pawns at all the times and not be rushy your pawn will change into the one who's rushing into the enemies, i would reli want to test these out but i just got my save file corrupted and currently im still a lvl 30 =,= ------------------- GT: Thorium95 Pawn: Kanade

	As soon as you hit lv50+ and have at least moderate knowledge of the game you will realise how the AI is just another fumbling pile of annoying quotes and useless advice. 	I am a mage and have to rely on my warrior/ranger pawns, but what a pain that is. They talk rubbish and are like vultures when there are a lot of chests around, I am fighting the mobs and my pawns are looting the chests! On the other hand they can stand on loot in the street, coin purse or similar, and they act dumb and don't pick it up. They ignore enemies like spiders and bats, snakes etc even if those are eating them and me up alive. The stupid mage healer just says 'I will heal'. Ranger and Warrior are looting chests. Sometimes they run ahead too far and get lost, i.e. drop out totally and I have to run back to town to hire a new one. The Ranger does not seem to know he has a bow. He never uses it. Often my pawns don't bother to use the health potions I supply either. They fight a top boss, are already on 5% health and don't take the potion! I seem to be the nursemaid to my pawns, and their defender at the same time. Moral of the story, the AI of these pawns is the most atrocious I have come across in any game. I love the game, I don't love the pawns, they suck
