Offline Dragons E0 = 0% E1 = 2% E3 = 6% E4= 18% Offline Ur: E0 = 0% E1 = 2% E2 = 10% E3 = 30% Online Ur killing blow: 100% on all equipments regardless of E lv. This info is from the Brady guide, pg. 254. -------------------
