tips Extremely easy money exploit

Not sure where yer post is RGZ, but gonna repost this since this is stupidiodically easy and may probably get patched out soon.

Barf-
So here's how it works, and you have access to it right from the start at Cassardis.

Iola (eye-oh-luh) is a vendor in Cassardis.

Iola sells carrots. Lots and lots of carrots.


Buy some carrots, as many as you can carry but make sure you spare yourself 150g.

Got your carrots? Good. Go to the inn and sleep for 3 days (lol like in real life lol). Now you got moldy carrots. Awesome.

Sell them back for far more than you bought them for.

(Logic goes where?)

If you have a full party, remove all gear and stockpile carrots. Rinse and repeat. 150k+ every time - money no longer a problem.


Note: Think that moldy items may cost more because some of them can be combined to make things like booze and liquor and whatnot (skooma).

Now that's two exploits I've heard from RGZ. I want to kiss that man.

I got to Cassidis and Iola doesn't sell anything. She just keeps telling me to make sure I don't die.

He also said one about putting your portstone at Bluemoon, because the 1-300k there spawns every few days.

Typically she sits behind the counter in the shop that's pretty much right next to the weapon shop.

Hrm.. you might actually have to do some missions to open her shop options up if you're starting from scratch. The option should be available though by the time Mercedes is waiting there with the severed hydra head.

By the way, I just had to run through those bandits while carrying my healer because we couldn't kill them and I lost one of my fighters. Think I can manage the Griffin?

Might try this myself >_> I did notice moldy stuff sold for a LOT more than non-moldy stuff (Moldy pumpkins sell for like 200 to 400 or something, I don't remember, regular pumpkins sell for 40).

A bit off topic but actually I found the bandits (and the Golem...) WAY harder than the griffon. I also had to fight the griffon solo (well, with some guards) because my pawns got knocked over the ledge. Then again, I had the griffon (and Chimera) raping class AKA the mage/sorceror. Just comestion the hell out of either of them and they go down. The griffon is mostly only a problem when it refuses to stay down (fire attacks over and over solve that though).
