The fights against Drakes, let alone the big bad dragon himself are exactly what fighting a dragon should be like in a game.

You shouldn't stand around aimlessly twatting it for hours, nor should you be stuck on the ground pelting it with arrows if it takes to the air. You should be leaping onto it and clinging on for dear life as it tears through the sky, you shouldn't be shooting it down, you should be cutting it down with all the fury and balls you can muster.

We're supposed to be conquering heroes in games, so why do developers constantly insist on having us grounded constantly?

Dragon's Dogma shows you exactly how giant monsters, let alone dragons, should be fought.

The end fight with the dragon is definitely in my top ten boss battles, on top of being stupidly entertaining and making me feel like I was actually fighting a giant world ending monstrosity, it even threw in a few cinematic set pieces to up the ante. A boss fight that was actually worth all the build up and hype throughout the game in my opinion, even if I was a little overpowered by the time I actually fought it.

^ Probably best to create a stand alone trading thread. Guests will want to trade with other guests even if they don't attach themselves to Neo in any meaningful way. Being able to snag at least some passer-bys into staying would still be beneficial. Just so long as every request goes into one thread and not hundreds of random threads flying about.

Also, if you select strider or mage and have levitate or double jump you can actually vault behind the locked gate at the waycastle area and get into the Gran Soren early and change your vocations as you like.

How do you get in the gate of the city when the guards need someone to vouch for you?

Well shit. Wasn't able to run the above mentioned tests. Forgot that when I made my master file to transfer to my alt PSN profiles I did so after selecting fighter for my main. No double jumps, no hover mode. Will have to run a new save from scratch and voc.up a mage or strider and try again.

New topic: Premium ring, earring, rift crystals, and lack of online pawn sharing after level 20.

First up, those premium rift shop items. For the inane cost and lack of any special stats, what the hell is the point again? Aside from having your pawn blacklisted and never hired because it's being a jerk for wearing it?

Pre level 20 - pawns get invited regularly. Pass level 20, say hello to no mans land. The amount of pawns you see spawning in your world (on the main roads, in the cities and towns) are mostly all capcom's pre-generated rubbish. Several of them i've noticed when my alts were around particular level ranges, always just a few levels higher than my character, meaning they cost rift crystals to hire. (Way to promote the PS store rift crystal purchases, Capcom T_T ) ... Then I noticed something a bit more sinister. A lot of those street pawns weren't legitimate. After they loaded they couldn't be hired when spoken to. No menu dialogue appeared. They're freakin' placeholders. Odd thing is after I duped my master save to my PSN alts I started seeing my specific pawns spawning instead of just placeholders. Something is definitely wonky. The only time I see actual player pawns is when I enter the rift, and even then the servers keep loading AI pawns (always at least 2 in the room unless i've summoned pawns from the search filter).

Think cappy broke their community feature here by trying to turn it into a profit engine.

My pawn was Rank 2 in the world for about a week but then (I really do thing this is Capcom's fault) my pawn and everyone else in the top 10 stopped benefiting from pawn hires. We no longer received rating or rift crystals. I know Olivia is still getting mass hires because every single time I clear my friend's list of people that added me for free hires, it's full again within two days.

Instead of making a thread for this simple question I'll just ask, where can you obtain different eye colors? Went to the merchant in the encampment and he doesn't sell them.
