Yeah I had the unfortunate circumstance of fighting a gryphon, 2 cyclops', a small army of lizard people, a 2 ogres... All in one day and I fought an armored cyclops at night. some of them were guarded by archers and mages too. Watch how many quests you start all in the same area...

All in a days work now but kinda of tough back then lol. Especially since the same tactics work on the same creatures and its not hard to learn. go off the beaten path once in awhile and if your careful you'll be fine.

Fighting a golem is VERY fun. Probably the most fun thing to kill in the game.

Does anyone know how to unblock the path in the Witchwood? And what is up with the three Golem's there?

I love making cyclops's rage then they walk off a side of cliff lol had 2 times today...

Anyone know how to finish that quest "Nameless terror" or something like that?

BTW does Madeline have a shop in Gran Soren?

Decided it was time to play this game and set Dark Souls down a bit. I'm loving the game as much as I thought I would. I started as a fighter like I said I was and my pawn is a female Ranger atm(tried my best to make an elf). I just reached Grand Soren and went to the Pawn Guild, if only I had internet.

The only problem I've had so far was trying to find Quina's house, that right there angered me as I couldn't find it(help?). Also that moment went the dragon backhands you across the shore is frightening.

Also that moment when you jump on one of the hydra's heads and jump over to another to hit the bomb is the best feeling I've had in a while, the previous being climbing up the chimera's snake tail to cut it off.

Combat is great, pawns are decent, story has me hooked, nice voice acting for a change, dat scenary.

I'm 100+ DP away from being the Mystic Knight, gonna do some side quests until I get it. Also rofl I forget my items were on the select button and died a horrible black death inside the well.

Yeah okay, new problem pertaining to the aforementioned quest. Anyone know what to do after that? I'm beginning to think that the sections of this quest only unlock as I do the main story, can anyone confirm or deny this with little to no spoilers?

Hey Aeirou, do you think you could get rid of that twister spell that Olivia does? She really loves to use it, and it just completely makes fighting impossible. From the outside, you can't see anything inside, and inside, the entire screen goes black. Last night I thought my game broke because she used it while I was on a Chimera, and it's getting really annoying to have to stop fighting every 5 minutes because she likes that spell.

It is part of a job board quest.
