It might get on the vita and it might not, no one knows or cares that much TBH. I am sorry to ruffle the feathers Celes, I won't be arguing though I assure you.

The better game library I would say is Vita.

For potential I would say 3DS.

Bang for your buck would be vita with all these different freatures.

For purely qualities that would be 3DS for netflix
