	Log in to remove this sponsored message As someone who'd rather avoid using headphones unless necessary, I've come to question the audio quality of the Vita's built-in speakers. Do we have any indication as to the quality of their output? I haven't been a PSP owner for a while, so were the later-generation PSPs reasonable sounding? Lastly, do you even care? Will you be using headphones more often than not?

	I have played a 3DS and heard the audio quality, and I have to say that it is fantastic. It has a nice surround sound effect. If the Vita does not at least match that quality, I will be highly disappointed. I'm expecting great things.

	Defiance: Yeah, I've used a friends 3DS before, and I was impressed by the sound quality too. It wasn't tinny at all.

	It's actually pretty loud and clean, ive only used the headset for games that support microphone support (Unit 13 obviously), and more than likely ill be using it alot for Skype Sessions as well. but other than that, it's pretty damn good ------------------- Twitch: TornSilhouette

	I only use headphones. I mean, it's a handheld. You use headphones with it. I almost never had my PSP without a pair of headphones unless I was playing it at home. ------------------- ::.last.fm.::

	Nah i use the official sony headset ones for the vita (those are actually pretty damn good) I just miss the remote thingy that the psp had on it's 1000 models....made lazy mp3 music really easy ------------------- Twitch: TornSilhouette

	Okay, so now that I've got my Vita, I have to say that I'm really impressed by the speakers. They just sound really decent.
