MotorStorm RC

New launch title: MotorStorm RC. Looks like it's basically regular Motorstorm but with RC vehicles (unsurprisingly).

I agree. The problem with MotorStorm that I also assign to the likes of Resistance and others is that it's a series that survival was wholly dependant on being exclusive in an early Playstation 3 library. At the time, they got hyped some of the best titles on the console, but when you realistically put them alongside other titles they were really nothing spectacular. Resistance improved, MotorStorm seems to have gone nowhere. Sony need new IPs because this certainly isn't one I'd care for at all.

This looks *bleep*ing horrible. Wow. I have never wanted a game less.

Really? Motorstorm was such a fun racing game, and the realism, environmental elements, and mayhem of it made it that way. This just looks... boring and unoriginal.

I play video games to have experiences that I most likely can't have in real life. I can go to *bleep*ing Walmart and get an RC car.

Yeah I remember that style of gameplay. Obviously a failure, as you don't see them much any more.

I still probably won't get this, but in the video he said that if you buy the Vita version, you can play it on PS3 as well, and vice versa. The two platforms also share saves which are stored in the cloud.

That's pretty cool.

As much as I don't really care for this game at all, that's an absolutely fantastic model that I hope more games follow through with.

So i played the trial today (which has been sitting on my PS3 for ages) and it's actually really fun, not as much as the main PS3 series but still pretty good. Will definitely be getting it once i buy a Vita (don't really want to waste it's potential by playing it on PS3 since it's suited more as a portable game).

Wasn't that meant to be a short term thing? lol
