My... Oh my... This looks so not cool (the monsters I mean).
Among all the characters or monsters in the FF serie, they chose a puprple octopus (with a design just, not realistic at all) and a windy monster... I think they could have done something way better than that.

Dude have you ever played FFVI? One of the best Final Fantasies. Also one of the best boss fights from the game. It is a great idea for nostalgia.

Yes I did, yet I didn't find it that amazing... Talking about nostalgia, why not put Sephiroth in it instead, or Cloud ? I mean FFVII has always been one of the most loved FF ever if I'm not wrong.
If it was for the nostalgia thing, why not put a specific character, or an ennemy that has a real charisma or so ? Oh well, anyway, maybe SE will do something better later.

About the costumes, I don't like them... I just don't see the link between the two universes...
It's surely about the same thing as the bikini costume for serah, just a way to please a specific category of players.
It has nothing to do with the XIII mythology.

But they can't please everyone of course.

Ooh Typhon looks neat, kind of looks like a Cacodemon from DOOM (the brown horned ones with arms, that is, not the red ones.) Anyway, will definitely be getting this DLC, looks pretty cool!

On the whole two-headed topic, Anima had two heads also, and I swear somewhere they said that she was a Wyrm? So in that sense, maybe Typhon's a Wyrm, but he's just younger/stunted, or just a different breed of that species, and that's just Squenix's view on that creature's anatomy.

Hmm this will be a fun dlc battle for sure but makes me wonder how they will incorporate signature atks that they have tbh I don't see typhon using his famous snort and serah and Noel go flying out of the arena...then again that would make it a truly hard( or frustrating) fight if u can lose that easily if they use it it will most likely be his feral link maybe causing lots of status effects or just a OHKO on someone. When it comes to ultros I already have a vivid image in my head how he should sound hope they chose a great voice actor for him

I actually am having trouble beating these guys. I'm not certain how to handle the battle. D:
