Quick question need help

I haven't gotten to that point but just a suggestion is she probably isn't out in the open. She is probably hidden and you will need to use Mog's R1 ability (forgot it's official name, but where he does his little time dance and reveals hidden stuff). So go back to that area and see if he lights up at all or maybe you see a sillouette of a girl or something. That's the best help I can offer as of now.

I looked and nada, even looked on hypersakuras YouTube page for her location and found her but no option to talk to her, I got the behemoth fang before I even knew it was a fragment seems alot of people had the same issue if you got the fang first then she isn't avaliable to talk to. You half to do another fragment first, had the same issue with that one until I came back to turn in the old battery to the guy and she was active after I did so. So it seems some fragments are locked until you do others in the area hope this helps.

I had the same issue, couldn't find the girl in the location all the video's show her. By this time I had 3 fragments, the two missing were the fang and the watch fragments. I tried restarting the level, no joy she still wasn't there.

I decided to take Sode_no-shirayuki's advice, I completed the watch quest. So the only fragment left to get was this fang. I found her in a DIFFERENT location. She was right outside Paddra (sp?). The first guard post the you come across heading out of Paddra and into the 'wilds' that's were I found her.
I don't know if it was because I completed all the other quests or because she was just in a different location but that's how I completed it.
