Many gaming enthusiasts know the name Volpin Props. Its founder, Harrison Krix, started out making incredible replicas of gear from Mass Effect, BioShock, Dragon Age, and others, before he finally dropped everything and made it his full-time job. Now, one of Volpin's most well-known creations, a set of N7 armor, is up for auction.
The foam and plastic armor was at a few hundred just an hour ago, and has now shot up to $1,025 USD with 37 bids and three days left. If you take a look at the costume, then you'll understand why. Volpin doesn't half-ass any of its replicas.
The suit is used, since Krix himself has worn it on occasion. Sadly, weapons are not included, and keep in mind that you do need to be relatively the same size as Krix for the armor to fit properly. He provided the dimensions:
- Height: 5'8"
- Weight: 145lbs
- Shoe size: 9.5
- Glove size: 8
- Chest: 35"
- Waist: 32" (around hips) natural waist 30"
- Thigh (around): 20.5"
- Bicep: 12.5" (oof, thats kind of sad isn't it?)
- Forearm: 10"
If you reside in the US, the package is guaranteed to arrive in time for Halloween via USPS Priority Mail. Anyone with the money to spare can check out the auction on eBay.
