	Simply speaking yes. Everytime you level up you gain a certain amount of skill points and then you can assign those points into skills which cost more and more as you ascend obviously. As a new player makes sure you get skills that would benefit your class and playstyle the best. Can I ask what class you are playing as? ------------------- Rest in peace Neil Armstrong

	Then your best bet would be to max out fitness first and then probably incendiary ammo and then concussive shot. Those will get you past most enemies. I would suggest picking up Carnage from Vega when it becomes available for that extra oomph. ------------------- Rest in peace Neil Armstrong
