100 'Did you know's about the Mass Effect Series

There are many voice actors who people will have witnessed elsewhere. Logain from Dragon Age : Origins and female Hawke from DA2 are just two I recognised, for example, one of the other Quarian admirals is voiced by an actress I've seen in a few things.

As for Joker, I'm fairly sure that's not that unknown.

Kaiden is basically Carth from Knights of the Old Republic.
Same voice actor, and similar character attributes.

Claudia Black is the voice actor for Admiral Xen and Matriarch Aethyta (Liara's dad).

In ME2 Samara states that she only aware of the existence of three Ardat-Yakshis; her daughters. However, since she sent her daughters to the Ardat-Yakshi Monastery she should have known of the hundreds of Ardat-Yakshis living there.

If Samara and Falere (youngest daughter) survives in ME3, there is a picture of them together in a city or perhaps a rural neighborhood near a city (presumably on Thessia) in all three ending (excluding the "Refuse Ending). However, Falere sworn an oath to her mother to stay at the monastery on planet Lesuss. Presumably that picture should only be used in the Synthesis Ending since it might be possible that the fusion of organics and synthetics could have an unlikely benefit of "curing her disease".

So long as we're on the topic of voice actors, Kal'Reegar is voiced by Adam Baldwin, well known for playing Casey in 'Chuck' and Jayne in 'Firefly'.
