A lot of videos don't really go into detail because those scenes are just confusing, and don't offer a lot of evidence either way; going with the indoctrination theory. 	With the Extended Cut, I'll just say this. There was an extended version of Avatar(the blue one, not the terrible one) that added in a few seconds of footage here and another scene there and made the whole thing fit together better. Perhaps this extended cut will be fixing some things they had to rush due to time constraints in addition to the ending. Just little things like this character's ridiculous outfit or that awesome guy not getting any screentime at all. ------------------- PS Vita General Forum
