	I just downloaded this. The writing is 100x better than it was before. Either that or its my first time seeing the dialogue as opposed to the eighth, which probably helps. In any case I played for maybe 15 minutes and then turned that shit off. I want my Shepards and I want to be playing the real game ------------------- AND DAUNTLESS "Are you awake?"

That reminds me, how does everyone feel about the package system? It's odd not being able to choose what items you want, but then again, I guess it adds a bit of excitement, plus it adds some longevity to the multiplayer. One thing I hate about it being random is trying to get ammo packs, revive kits, etc. I seriously haven't gotten a revive kit since the very first package. IMO something like that should have a higher chance of appearing, if not guaranteed. If I'm not mistaken, you can only carry two anyway, so it's not like you can hoard those things if they raised the chance of getting one. -------------------

	The multiplayer is pretty hard. Unless you have good teammates, you aren't going to get far. I prefer Uncharted 3's co-op multiplayer. I liked the new skill tree for powers. I like being able to double-tap to quickly vault over cover. I dislike how sometimes when I try to hide behind cover, Shepard rolls to the side. I noticed that in the single player demo, sometimes enemies and squadmates stand/walk on top of cover (second part of the demo). Especially bad when Spoiler:tiny, tiny, enemy spoiler that big cerberus mech shows up. For me, it was stomping around, and then just walked on top of the cover. More packages could mean having a better chance at getting a specific item though, especially if they do it by weapon type. -------------------

	It actually sounds like there will still be only 3 purchasable packages, but they'll draw from a larger pool of unlockables. Eh. It's not a huge issue, but I find it very strange. 	I think Madden had a similar system. I actually like the system. Like I said elsewhere: quote I quite like the randomness of it. If I didn't get something that I wanted, it either encourages me to continue playing or it entices me in to trying the new items/mods I've acquired. For example, I wouldn't have attempted using an Infiltrator if I hadn't gained a number of Mantis upgrades I can see BioWare adding another pack, maybe twice the cost of the Veteran pack that would guarantee a "gold" item (Race/Rare weapon). At the moment, you can get "gold" items in any pack, but the chances are extremely slim, eg, the Revenant. -------------------

	I didn't have high expectations about the multiplayer, but it's surprisingly fun. I'm not too fond of the random items you get though, only unlocked one additional class/character, a Krogan Soldier. I would like to have the Asari Adept or the Widow sniper rifle, but I'm having a blast with the Vanguard class. -------------------

	Played this all day yesterday, pretty damn fun. I'm feeling a little guilty about playing the Vanguard class because they feel so overpowered. I'm hoping that on Gold difficulty they'll return to their high powered suicidal selves that I know and love, rather than this feeling of invincibility they've been giving me on Bronze and Silver. Have had no luck with the random drops, though I do have quite a few upgrades for the SMG, a gun type I never plan on using >_< Have yet to unlock any characters, but my friends have all had at least 1 unlocked some with 3 or more so I'm assuming that I'm having a lousy run. Quarian Engineer seems like it'd be a lot of fun to play, hoping it is one of the things included for the Multiplayer Demo. Does anyone know what other enemies will be available for Multiplayer? I know the Reapers are a given, and I'm assuming there will be something for the Geth. It seems like they'd have more than just 3 types over all so I'm curious where they'll go with that. ------------------- False hope leads to true despair, watch how quickly white turns to black.

	Yeah I'm sure it will just be Cerberus, Reaper, and Geth. But I'd love there to be different enemy types. Adds more depth to the multiplayer. Me and some friends got to wave 6 on Gold.
