	That almost seemed like a troll question, didn't it? There have been at the very least dozens of documented Dragonborn through the centuries. The most well-documented ones were Emperors or heroes of great renown. The distinguishing factor for the individual we'll meet in this DLC is that he is supposedly the first mortal to be given this gift. The only contradiction with previous lore is that Alessia the first Empress of Cyrodill is widely believed to be the first, but this guy might predate her by hundreds of years. ------------------- Remember Redoran. The Nords in Skyrim mention there are Dragonborn in their very oldest legends. These would go all the way back to the late Merethic Era, hundreds of years before Alessia. Spoiler: Leaked info from the upcoming expansion seems to state the Dragonborn on Solstheim believes you are a false Dragonborn. I'm not sure what that means, but he seems to believe himself to be superior or different in some way. ------------------- Remember Redoran. Never forget.

	pilaf I guess I misread what you posted. My bad. Not too sure if I like that story. I was kinda hoping it would go something like this: the first dragonborn made some sort of deal with Hermaeus Mora but then double crossed him and got whatever was in the deal for him while leaving Mora with nothing. Hermaeus Mora then killed him, but not before the the first Dragonborn planned this out and found a way to come back to life. But to do so, it would require the soul of another Dragonborn. So he lures the player to Solsteim so he can come back to life, now without fear of Mora since the Oblivion gates were closed and he no longer has the ability to reach into Mundus to kill the first Dragonborn... Not too sure if that would be good, but it was what I was hoping for.
