	I think that the issue with the PS3 isn't just the memory, it has 512MB like the Xbox - but that 256MB is restricted for the GPU and not addressable by the CPU. The Xbox and PC's allow programmers to allocate the RAM as they see fit. So when porting stuff oover, especially a big game like Skyrim that is already prone to being glitchy, it's tough work. The PS3 also uses a multi-core processor that has a pretty unique design, and the typical tools that are used to optimize the code in games like Red Dead Redemption don't work well with Skyrim. This means that Bethesda has to start from scratch to develop their own tools, and that gets messy. Hopefully Sony will move to a less specialized set of hardware for the PS4.

	its gotta be new skyrim dlc but ps3 users users you bought the weaker console what did you expect i kinda wish they would abandon trying to amke the ps2 dlc work and get balls deep into making the next dlc and i hope its a huge one because i thought they said the dlc for skyrim shoulg feel like an expansion pack and i didnt really feel that way with dawnguard Edit: Nov 04, 12 3:56am -------------------

	I don't know about all this technical shit, but all I know is that when Bethesda get their act together and figure out how to give us PS3 users DLC, they should package Dawnguard, Hearthfire and this new 'Dragonborn' DLC all together and give us a discounted price for the wait... And if the PS3 really is the weaker console, then why does the 360 glitch and freeze up so much more? Why does the 360 version of Skyrim have more glitches than the PS3 version? Why does the PS3 have so many more better exclusives? I like both systems, but come on, don't be petty. Each system has their ups and downs (personally I think the PS3 has many more ups, which is why I no longer have a 360, but to each his own).

Looking forward to this tomorrow, however i looked forward so much to Dawnguard and Hearthfire and they were both let downs that i only played for about an hour. And didnt your pslive get hacked for like a month are 2 ??? you get you get what you pay for Free online = the whole pslive getting hacked, my ps3 buddies tell me that they had their accounts hacked ,you get dlc late not only skyrim but other games get dlc quicker on 360. i had a ps3 for about a month and then sold it because i hated the thing and ive always been a ps fan since 1 to me the only thing the ps3 had over 360 was the internet browser now 360 has one of its own that is way better. -------------------

Please, if you're going to try and argue over something as petty as PS3 versus Xbox 360, at least learn some proper punctuation and grammar. When you're finished with that, do some research on both consoles. Grow up, and go post what you have to say in a different thread, one that is preferably related to the topic. I am a PS3 user, my room mate a Xbox 360 user. They are both great consoles, with advantages and disadvantages. If you can't see that, you're just a silly fanboy, who would like attention. 	Console war bickering can go elsewhere. If you want to bicker about the already obvious and publicly stated advantages and disadvantages to buying Skyrim for any of the three available systems, don't ruin a different topic just to make yourself feel better for buying a specific version. Make a new thread, or use an existing thread about the topic. Thank you. Also, discussion about obtaining games illegally is not allowed on the site, 4 Aces. I still need to get Hearthfire, it didn't look...bad, but most of the features are things I've already modded into my game, so I didn't see too much of a reason to jump it. Would feel awkward to skip a DLC though, like I'm missing something even though I'm not actually out anything. Though I guess I'm getting ahead of myself by already assuming it's definitely Skyrim DLC. ------------------- [twitter]
