bugs biggest wtf ever

ok so i bought skyrim on the opening day and have 227 hours into it. i havent played it in like 5 months because i played myself sick of it. i went to play it just now and i go through steam and bring up the pc loading screen, hit play, it plays the intro then goes to the loading screen... now for the wtf. i have no mouse and my keyboard doesnt work either.... wtf. cant even tab alt out i had to restart my computer. try again, same thing. so i plug in my usb ps3 controller for pc and it works... and i click continue and it says (press a to continue) WTF!!! so i went quit and same thing (press a to continue) like if it was a console game. so then i go to steam support, and the site timed out. shit. so i went to bethesda support site, timed out. shit. and here i am. i am so mind F'ed right now i dont even know whats going on.
