	Log in to remove this advertisement Was just wondering. They were both killed in dragon attack and I took the keys from their dead bodies... I know. And then I received the letter of inheritance. Is the house mine now? The dude that's related to them is hangin out, but I can take stuff without stealing and sleep in the beds. Can I store stuff in the chests without it disappearing? Thanks

	Nope, you only inherit 90 gold when a friend of yours dies, you can't take their house, besides, Alvor and Sigrid's daughter is unkillable, so she's still around to get the place... ------------------- Thread killed.

Prolly not, since when you store some things in a place that you don't own (even if you're friends with the residents), they instantly become theirs and if you grab them they are marked stolen, this happens with expensive objects such as weapons, armor, gems, etc, so, no, bad idea... ------------------- Thread killed.

Thanks again... Luckily i had a separate save just after i stashed EVERYTHING in one of their chests... only lost about half an hour of work.. Finally just went ahead and bought Breezehome in Whiterun... I'm fairly early in the game, if you can't tell, so i had about 10,000. Was hesitant earlier on to spend the money on it, but as i started to accumulate more, i began wondering what i'm even supposed to be spending it on..? I kill every dragon i see, and sell all bones and scales immediately.... I'd like to build the light armor from the scales, but i read somewhere that i would need lvl 100 smithing in order to do it... And i can't even imagine how long that would take.. What else should i be investing time/money in besides the main quest...?
