Psijic Order DLC Idea

I'm just bored thinking 'bout stuff. I've gotten myself a bit hyped up thinking about this one. (Spoilers for Winterhold quests within, beware!)

For those who have done the Winterhold College quests, aren't you interested about the Pisiic order? This is somewhat a big side event that these masterful mages take place with your character. I was already jealous of the badass robes I COULDN'T GET! Just seeing them teleport and pause time made me wonder what else can they do? I can see a possible future DLC regarding this order further.

Though I wouldn't have an idea what the conflict could be, imagine how cool it would be to go off to an uncharted island, invited by the Psijics (upon completion of Winterhold quests) impressed by your abilities and conquering the magnus. I can see this DLC opening up Skyrim's mage characters with new robes, spells, enchantments, and staffs.

Just think how cool it would be to train with the Psijics, come back to Skyrim and levitate like the vampire lord, or Telekenises people/enemies, or teleport. I would love to be a god like powerful wizard capable on such a graphically amazing game. I mean, you gotta admit, the 3 elemental destruction attacks get boring. How about adding water, or air attacks? Dual casting fire and electricity together?

One of the things I was kinda disappointed in was the lack of magician apparel. Almost all the robes you find are identical, and come already enchanted. The best robes are the arch-mage robes, and it looks like a rug. The most interesting to me were the Mythic Dawn robes, but that was ruined with the 75% Regen rate. I really thought there was so much more potential for variety. I mean just look at how awesome the Psijic robes are, or the Greybeards looked, though personally id like to see something more evil/cultish looking to fit my character.

How about enchantments? One of my biggest disappointments in the game was the diminishing of variety from Oblivion. Theres so many less things you can enchant things with, and not only that, I can't even enchant gloves with +Destruction powers, wtf is that shit? Imagine the Psijics training you and unlocking these abilities, also learning to strip enchantments without destroying items.

These are just some ideas, I know posting this on here isn't going to make it happen. But does it sound like a possible themed DLC? I just find the mage build so...lacking, the Psijic Order could bring this more to life.

I agree they didnt have much role at all but they were more capable than current mage abilities, but what im getting at is that with the little we know about them, they are a secret society or something, so if anythings going to expand the mage role, it could most likely be them.

I said all along i'd love to have this as a DLC. But tbh the Winterhold Questline didn't really show that you're powerful, just that you can fight your way past several dungeons. The Psijic order the most powerful of the most powerful, and wouldn't glance twice at the Dragonborn. I'd imagine that the each of the Psijic's skills are at like 10,000 each...

EDIT: Also, in all honesty, i'd rather them extend the CoW questline to a point where you actually help rebuild Winterhold. I actually had a mod planned for this.

It would be amazing to be able to learn a few more spells! Slow time can be used as a shout though, so you wouldn't really need that one, but perhaps a few more offensive spells or perhaps spell creation like in oblivion! that would defiantly make me want to purchase this is it was made into DLC.

I actually liked perusing my many flavours of mystical spells and I thought too much into things like picking fire against a zombie because of their rotting flesh, it was really fun and I even had spells made for particular enemies. I also happened to be roleplaying a Necromancer at the time so that's probably why I went OCD with it.

I love all mysterious things like the Psijic Monks. It would be a sweet idea to have them let you train with them, after all, the Greybeards let you (Yeah youre Dovahkiin and all, but still.) so why should the Psijics? And I went and got a mod that has Psijic Robes as normal clothes just so I could go get some (They were renamed Altmer Robes, though. Damndest modders!) and enchant them with some kick-ass enchantments (Highest magicka boost+regen possible with the lvl100 Enchanting perk).

I would definitely DL that..can you make it compatible with the 'Ruins of Winterhold' mod?

I loved the idea of the Psijic Order. I thought their Robes should have been obtainable somehow. They truly added a more mystical feel to the Mage Questline in my opinion. A DLC with them somehow involved would be pretty incredible.

My question is, would they join, or fight against, the Aldmeri Dominion?
