The armor is not protecting her legs, she might get a arrow to the knee. It might look stupid but you need some Iron Greaves or something that will stop an arrow.

Protection > Appearance.

You may have noticed that it STILL features a bunch of different materials, but I decided to stick with Resilience's idea of steel, different kinds of steel, including one alloy between steel and quicksilver like he said, which is almost as flexible as Elven metal.

The other bits of metals were made using a single brick of refined moonstone for junctions and bolts to favor flexibility, dwarven for some decoration motif on the belly and full ingot of ebony to make a shoulder guard

You may have also noticed on the backside pic that Dovahchick is wearing a particular dagger on her lower back, so no, it wasn't a bellybutton what you saw, KillerSp-ace, rather a regular button to hold the dagger's sheath; also, on the back, you can see her sporting a kodachi

Also, I decided to add chainmail sleeves and stockings because some FEMINIST people thought that showing too much skin would be dangerous is battle, preposterous! but as you can see, even their opinion counts, although, the base of the limbs closer to her torso are not protected because, again, she prefers central mobility

Which brings me to my next japanese-related weapons topic, an Elven Katana! POW!



Yup, even though I mentioned that my Dovahchick wasn't as good as an elven blacksmith, she CAN build a sword with elven materials based on the design of the Akaviri blades, most of it is made from moonstone, but the edge has more quicksilver material, because I've been reading a lot about katanas, and flexibility matters a LOT in them, just check out this vid!
