	Log in to remove this sponsored message I was just wondering who does, because some of the mods ( I think anyway ) created some pretty popular roleplay threads on the fallout forums, and I've checked the Skyrim one but it's unused! I'd start creating stories, who else is interested?

	I starting roleplaying as an ncp. Walking everywhere. Avoiding adventure. Earning money by legit means, like alchemy or blacksmithing. I got the inspiration from The Elder Strolls, one of the funniest blogs i've ever read. There's also one for Oblivion called Livin in Oblivion, which is a lot longer and funnier, but quite old. On my NPC i've earned 2,500 gold and am married to Ysolda meaning i got a house with only very mild adventure, (In The Elder Strolls he did the same, but it didnt turn out too well...) ------------------- This is what you use to sign-off your messages. The forums will tack this onto messages at your request.

	Yeah, I've read the elder strolls and most of LoO, elder strolls was amazing! Big shame how it ended though

	Not really into that extreme attempt at reality that some were seeking with Fallout. Fallout had a harsh so-called reality in the sense of the outcomes of what you did, but Fallout was still in a sense a fantasy game. Their extra reality mostly consisted of putting extra limitations on the player. I do put limitations on myself, come to think of it, I don't use health packs/potions in this game because it makes it too easy (didn't in Fallout either), I still have perks to use up here and I avoid using enchanted weapons, because it makes it too easy, but I wouldn't consider that role-playing much.

	Just in case you didn't know, I'm not fussed about if you do it in game, I'm on about the neoseeker thread 'skyrim roleplay adventure', and if people would start writing on it again

	I was hoping for a lot when I created the Skyrim RP, but it never really picked up. Since Fallout 3's RP I managed, we had about over 7 threads, complete with RP GD discussion and DLC spin-offs. It was a huge success. New Vegas was a relatively meagre success with about 2 threads. Skyrim's only lasted about several thread pages worth. It's been discontinued because of lack of interest. You are free to try and reclaim it and use the older one as a template, but I somewhat doubt it will pick up. We had the original up during the peak time of Skyrim's release, and even then that didn't do much. It's amazing how well FO3's did considering we were 2 years late of the release date. -------------------

	Well I say we try and pick it up, because the fallout 3 roleplay threads were outstanding, and skyrim (game) is larger then fallout 3!

	I think part of the reason it failed is because the creators never asked the TES community for input on the type of roleplay we'd have liked. Doesn't help when they start ego tripping and throwing their weight around, either, especially in a creative context. It dampens the spirit. ------------------- love.
