Power Bash is pretty much exactly this. Most of the rest of the stuff was personal things Bethesda will never implement in a million years. A personal ridable chaurus reaper? Look at most of the rest of the serious suggestions.

Except it requires 50 sneak and crouching first. That makes it very inconvenient to use as a makeshift dodge move mid combat. A combat dodge move wouldn't even be be that hard to implement, they could even use normal sprint like it is while using it while moving back or to the left/right does a dodge roll.

Ok, it's not free, but the crouch/sprint combo isn't all that tough on a keybord, I can't imagine it's much harder with a game controller. It's also immensely powerful. As for the Reposte, I fence, Saber, no it's not exactly the same, it's close enough for me. If they made a few fencing style perks, I'd love it, but it's really not critical to my enjoyment of the game. I'm not sure how they'd handle something like feigning to draw a parry, and reposte', for instance.

Power Bash works just fine with a Greatsword, followed up with a swing into the opening, then possibly a tuck&roll to flank them. Takes a fair bit of stamina, but it's a pretty fun way to fight. Also, if you duel wield, you can't block, but the left handed power attack with a sword or dagger is much like a feign, and repost, plus it pokes through their block to stagger. When Bethesda doesn't give you exactly what you want, you can sometime improvise to get pretty darned close.

88: Camping gear. Just a bedroll, and tinderbox to light firewood would be neat, you could pitch it in hollow logs, or out in the open if you're not going for believable roleplay. Or, you can just kill bandits/hunters, and use their camps, but it would be nice if you could roll out, and crash in the middle of the plains during a hunting trip. There's places out there so far from anything, you can turn full circle, and barely have anything pop up on your compass. I like that, actually, but it'd be nice to pitch a hunter's tent.

I will point out that there are mods availible with most of these.

89. Rideable Horkers.
90. Saddle bags on horses so you can store stuff on them.
91. Dwemer.
92. A few Quests involving Parthurnax where you can hunt dragons with him or maybe defend High Hrothgar from them.

That would be me, they're too slow, even in the water, and they look like a turd with tusks.

Plus there are many different animals that would be much better candidates.
Mammoths: Slow, can take a lot of damage and give out a lot, likely able to carry multiple things. I'll make a brief comparison to the ones from LOTR although no where near as massive.
Sabre Cats: Vicious, nimble and fast.
But I'll replace the ride-able Horkers with my own.
89. Armour colour working as a partial camouflage. This would work by for example wearing white armour in 'The Pale' or 'Winterhold' this would mean that whilst not in sneak there would be a lower chance of getting detected at a long distance, it could work similar to the 'Chameleon' effect from previous games. It would also add a sense of realism.

Ok, yeah, a Howdah would make for a nice stable platform, and most enemies can't reach that high on the level. Great for battle, for long distance travel, less so.

I tried that mod, looks ludicrus. Pet SC rock, because they can keep up with you mounted (Not counting Odaviing.) Not to mention, they rip open NPCs about as efficiently as PCs. I wish there was a quest to get one.

Note: This is probably my last post on this particular forum. I've moved on. (To Torchlight II ATM, but it's not going to last long. Probly break down and get an Xbox for ACV.) It's been real, thanks y'all.
