I wouldn't risk it with Mjoll. I'm serious, lose her for the rest of the game, better save first. Float him, clear the immediate vicinity, and come back in several days. Go clear out Forelhost, that usually takes a while, and she's a fantastic tank for it. Talk to some Orcs beat up some Giants, get her something nice, and then come back. She's so worth it.

Aela's pretty, under all that woad. No denying it, but I'd much rather have Mjoll at my back in a fight.
