bugs Best.glitch.ever.

I dunno if you can disenchant an amulet of talos,but i just disenchanted mine. Probably because the Silvercrest tomb mod allows me to disenchant the armor of dovahkiin for the Talos' blessing enchantment. I enchanted my ancient nord helm with the blessing, it disappeared from the enchantment list but, i noticed all the shout cool down times were at zero thought it was only messing with me, but it wasn't! i could Wuld Na Kest towards that bandit, then switch to elemental fury and chop is head. I am virtually un-killable, if i am dying, i can Wuld my ass out of there or proceed to make him fly with fus ro da, drink a potion, wuld towards him, then Yol Toor Shul or Elemental Fury.
Anyway, i have to ask: has anyone else encountered this glich? or am i the first one who found this?
