Quest items

I need help with some random items I picked up, that I can't drop because they're quest items. The items are

The Lost (or last) Kings of the Ayliyds, or something, and Kazarkyms Dagger ( I thing that's how you spell it. I don't know what kind of dagger it is, it's a pretty good one, though)

I don't know what missions they go with, and I can't find them in my quest lists. If anyone can help me, that would be great!

Kavohzein's Fang is for the Alteration Ritual Spell to get Ebonyflesh (80% damage reduction, just like Armor tempered to the Cap) and also purchase the Mass Paralysis Spellbook. If you don't care about either of those spells, you can weild it to be Disarmed by a Draugr Death Overlord's Shout. If you like, I can even tell you where to find some.

Where do you find them?

{Headslaps} Oh, you mean DDOLs! The highest concentration is in front of the Word Wall in forelhost, but it's a bit of an,.. adventure getting to it. Fast, and dirty, there's two in Lost Volskygg near the Labrynthian. The second one has an Ebony Bow, and Arrows, so strap on as much armor as possible to avoid 1shotitis, and sometimes, he swaps places wih the one before the drop, who has an Ebony Greatsword. Also, above about CL20, there's a lone one at the end of Arcwing Point (Usually with an Ebony Handaxe, YMMV) that's real reliable for getting rid of quest weapons. I don't even kill him, but keep him around in case i forget, and pick up one of the heavier ones.

I will point out that Quest Weapons persist, even when you're stripped down for Diplomatic Immunity, so you can walk into the Thalmor Embassy armed! Mesmira backstabbed those bastards with the fang after using Hooded Thalmor Robes to pose as an Officer, and ordering them away from their posts to separate them. (One of the more Espionage oriented ways to clear that quest.) Apparently, casting Bound Sword in Earshot still aggros them. I call this the "Hit-Mer Ploy." 8)
