I'm assuming you mean Flame Atronachs? Ok, Stormies seem to work better on Dragons, your Milage may vary. Sounds like you got Twin Souls, which means 100 Conjuration, AIR? FAs throw fire bolts (only 25 damage, instead of 40, no AoE.) and don't have a lot of health, so they tend to turn into warm patches with one blast of Frost breath. Frosties are big, tough, and slooooow. Their Ice Spikes travel pretty quick, but have a low RoF.

Assuming 100 Conjuration for Twin Souls, a high enough Destruction, and Majika pool to dual spam fireballs, (not bolts) and not using Dragonrend, just try 2 Storm Atronachs, and Lightning Bolt until he lands. If you also have 100 Destruction, lighning Storm fries dragons, all dragons, and prevents them using their breath weapons on ANY difficulty. I use Storm Wall, either hand cast, or from staffs once they're grounded because evn after you run dry, they don't move very fast, and continue taking breath stealing damage as long as they're in that pool of damage.

#67: Defeat Alduin, either time with 100 heath, no armor, nor _flesh spells. (I cheated with the Lord, and Breton magic resistance.)
